We are pleased to inform you that we will be hosting our 2023 Annual Arkansas ASCE Section Meeting this coming October. This will be a two-day event, giving you the opportunity to connect with peers and industry partners from across the state. This event will have the opportunity for 12 PDHs.

Time: 7:00am – 6:00pm October 5th 

          8:00am – 1:00pm October 6th  

Registration is now open for all ASCE Members and Non-Members, $150 and $350 respectively for registration up to September 20th. Following September 20th registration goes to $300 for members and $700 for non-members. You can either register online or mail in the State Section Registration form attached.  

We will be presenting four awards at this year’s meeting:

• Small Project of the Year
• Large Project of the Year
• Young Engineer of the Year
• Engineer of the Year.

You can nominate candidates for these awards now. The forms are attached and available on the website. We will be accepting nominations until the 13th of September. Winners will be contacted and then recognized at the conference. Please submit your nominations to Caroline Fox ([email protected]) before the 13th of September. 

Sponsor Opportunities are as follows:

Event Sponsor - $2,500

Naming rights for the event.  Company logo and name prominently displayed on all registration forms, literature, agendas, and pamphlets prepared for this event. Company name and logo will be displayed on a board which will be visible at all times at the registration and help desk. Your company name and logo displayed on the projection screens in the main exhibit hall. Your company name and logo will be listed on the ASCE Arkansas Section Website for approximately 12 months.   Your company will receive the option of provide presenters for one (1) – 45-minute presentation and up to two (2) complimentary conference registrations.  If additional people from your firm will attend, they must complete a registration packet and pay applicable registration fees.

Lunch/Breakfast Sponsor - $1,500:

A two-foot by three-foot (2’x3’) display board including your corporate logo will be displayed throughout the conference at the registration desk.  Your company name and logo will be listed on the ASCE website for approximately 12 months.  You will receive 1 display booth area.  Your company will receive the option to provide a presenter for one (1) – 45-minute presentation and up to two (2) complimentary conference registrations.  If additional people from your firm will attend, they must complete a registration packet and pay applicable registration fees.

Gold Sponsor - $500

Your company name and logo will be listed on the ASCE website for approximately 12 months.  Includes a booth space in the vendor display area. There is NO option for a presenter.  Your company will receive up to two (2) complimentary conference registrations.  If additional people from your firm will attend, they must complete a registration packet and pay applicable registration fees.
